Sculpture -Painting
Location: The Legacy Art Studio, 207 SW 5th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301
Ages and Levels: All ages and levels of instruction - We want an eclectic environment with the only common denominator being the desire to learn and the love of art. Levels from beginners to advanced and ages from 11 years old to seniors.
These workshops will be conducted in the traditional European studio learning atmosphere, Atelier style, with a maximum of 10 students to provide for concentrated one-on-one training. All students will work on their own project in the studio during the same time under the supervision and individualized teaching of their "maestro," Nilda Comas.
Sculpting in water base clay: Portrait or Bas Relief from photos or drawings. Anatomical studies are also recommended.
Charcoal drawing: From still lifes, including anatomical studies and self-portraits.
Oil Painting: From still lifes, like flower arrangements, fruits, books, etc., portraits from photos, self-portraits or landscapes.
Water Color: From still lifes, like flower arrangements, fruits, books, etc., portraits from photos, self-portraits or landscapes.
Students will consult with Nilda for approval of "the project."
When: Each Friday and Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
Price: $225 monthly fees including materials.
